Terms and Conditions

These are our T&Cs, or to be precise, terms & conditions. I think they are quite straight forward, fair and not too full of confusing blurb, or space fillers!

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the item. Once received, unused and in it’s original packaging within 30 days of receipt, we will issue a refund.

Refunds will be made by the original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been processed.

If the item is returned to us damaged in any way, and it is not our fault, then we will be unable to issue a refund. If you are returning a high value product it is advisable to insure the item so that you may make a claim against the courier firm in the event of damage or loss.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, we will either offer a replacement or a refund for the item. We will, in these circumstances, reimburse you for the postage cost to return the item. We may request that you send us photos of the damage caused during transit as this may help us when contacting the delivery firm.

Commissions

When you place an order for a personal commissioned piece you agree to pay a deposit of 25% of the cost of the commission excluding P&P. On completion, we will email you a photograph of your commission for approval. Once approved, we will send you an invoice for the balance due. When this is received into our account, we will send the item to you.

In the case of commissioned pieces, we will not send them to you until you have approved the finished design. 100% satisfaction guarantee РIn the event that you are unhappy with the commission,  once complete, we will refund your deposit in full by the original payment method. Once approved, refunds and exchanges are not granted on commissioned pieces.

In the event of loss or damage in transit, we offer a replacement or refund. Please email or telephone us upon receipt. We will need photographic evidence of the damage so that we can persue a claim agianst the courier to recover our costs.

Returns

Before returning anything, please notify us in an e-mail. Then send your item to:

You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives safely. We cannot issue a refund until the item is safely returned to us
